Historic times

Linden High School students view photographs taken by the famous Depression-era photojournalist Dorothea Lange. Working in pairs the students were given photographs to evaluate and had to create a story about the people in their photographs using the information they learned about the Great Depression. Jessica Garcia and Jerry Paul describes the scene that is taking place in the photo.
